  • Format is one (1) Professional bringing four (4) paying amateur golfers from the same Golf Club for the two (2) day tournament (golf is played March 2-3, 2012)
  • Professional plays his own ball throughout the entire 18 holes and the four amateurs play a scramble
  • The Professional receives a $1,000 Appearance Fee and plays for a $10,000 purse each day. Purse is broken down as follows:
    • 1st Place - $4,000
    • 2nd Place - $2,500
    • 3rd Place - $2,000
    • 4th Place - $1,000
    • 5th Place - $   500
  • Note: Professional appearance fee can be split between two (2) golf professionals from the same club for the two (2) days of golf, if necessary
  • Professionals are the guests of the Frank Sinatra Pro-Am Championship and receive the benefits as shown below in the Gold Contestant Entry Fee
  • The four (4) paying amateurs play a scramble
  • Amateur Winners will be as follows:
    • Daily Winning Team – One team comprised of four players, with the lowest daily score each day, will be recognized as that day’s Daily Winning Team.
    • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places – The team with the lowest two-day score is the Champion Team. Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd Places.
  • Amateurs are also playing for a traveling trophy that will go from winning club to winning club.
  • There is a limited field, get your entry in early

Gold Contestant (Amateur) Entry Fee - $3,500 per person includes

  • One (1) Golf Contestant Spot, Friday and Saturday
  • One (1) Gold Tee Gift package
  • Admission for two (2) to the Thursday Night Dinner & Parings Party
  • Admission for one (1) to the Friday Luncheon & Fashion Show for your Spouse/Partner/Guest
  • Admission for two (2) to the Friday Night Dinner & Live Auction Party
  • Admission for two (2) to the Saturday Night Black Tie Gala 
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 
We require a deposit of 25% ($3,500 of the total team fee by January 30, 2012, and the remaining balance ($10,500) is due by February 17, 2012.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If a team decides to cancel prior to January 30, 2012, the deposit is refundable. If a team decides to cancel after January 30, 2012, any payments made are non-refundable.
